The recipient shall be a student athlete from Bayard or Minatare, NE.

The Lewellen-Hunt Family Scholarship was established April 20, 1990 in memory of Leland & Lorena Lewellen and John & Ethel (Lewellen) Hunt, all former residents of Bayard, by Verne C. Lewellen.
